The Chair of English Philology and Translation at Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law was created in 1995 on the basis of Philology Section of the Chair of Foreign Languages. The main objective of the Chair is to provide professional training for specialists to make them competitive on the modern labour-market. This strategic goal of training translators and interpreters is achieved in accordance with the concept of training specialists in translation from and into two foreign languages.
