The Institute of Professional Retraining is the subdivision of DUEL which provides its students with the opportunity to obtain second higher education in Economics and Philology on the basis of their first graduate degree (either Specialist’s or Master’s degree), i.e. after finishing the first higher education.

Our principal aims are

• to provide for continuous development of every professional’s intellectual and cultural potential and vocational qualifications and skills;

• to enable students to retrain and improve their existing qualifications on the basis of the previously obtained ones, as well as to expand their specialized knowledge and skills;

• to facilitate students’ taking degrees which lead to their professional occupation change.

The main activities of the Institute of Professional Retraining are directed towards training professionals in the following fields:

• Business Organization

• Finance

• Accounting and Auditing

• International Economics

• Marketing

• Management

• Commodity Analysis and Commercial Activities
